The Incao Holiday apartment “I Pupi House” is newly renovated and it is located on the first floor of a historic noble building, built in Sicilian style. In our apartments we try to tell the true history of Sicily through glances, smiles and deeds, highlighting the Sicilian nature, which is solar joy with its bright colors. In the same building and on the same floor you will also find another apartment of the Incao Holiday Group, “Il Moro House”, which gives the possibility to friends and relatives to spend their holidays in the same structure, but each in their own privacy.

I Pupi House has a bedroom with four-poster bed, a bathroom with shower and its Majolica tiles, a kitchen equipped with kitchenette, microwave oven, coffee machine and all essential kitchenware, dining table, sofa-bed, TV, free Wi-fi and air conditioning. There is also a balcony. The apartment is located in a side street of Corso Ruggero, 50 m from the Cathedral, from the ancient pier and from Porta Pescara, which directly overlooks the sea, and 100 m from the Bastion of Capo Marchiafava.

Pets are not allowed.

It is also forbidden to organize parties and events at our facilities.

Guests are required to pay the tourist tax, to be paid at the hotel in cash – €2 per person per day.
