On the upper floor (mansard), the sleeping area consists of a comfortable and modern bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms: a master bedroom and a twin bedroom. Thanks to the sofa-bed, two extra sleeping accommodations can be added to the four already existing. The residence is equipped with a parking spot, an outdoor area with a garden and a beautiful private swimming pool.

Although the Residence Salinelle Beach is located in a peaceful area, it offers the opportunity to easily reach the commercial activities present in the area, such as, supermarkets within 3 km, a bar and a beach within 100 metres, where you can windsurf and have fun. The Lascari railroad is 1 km away. The beaches: Le Salinelle within 100 m, Mazzaforno within 4 km, Capo Playa within 2 km and Cefalù beach within 6km. The water park and the Acquaverde spa are set 2 km away. 30 km away, you will find the Castle of Castelbuono, and 25 km away there is the Castle of Caccamo.
